My name is Andra Picincu. I’m a certified nutrition specialist and fitness trainer. I have graduated Marketing and Psychology. In my everyday life, I work full-time in digital marketing, and also provide diet and training plans online and in-person at local gyms. I’ve written thousands of articles on weight loss, healthy eating, fitness, and bodybuilding as well as on other topics, such as business and IT. And yes, I do have a wide range of interests and hobbies 🙂
My goal is to help you lose weight on long term. I don’t believe in fad diets
and starvation. In order to achieve a balanced weight and shed fat, you need to change your eating habits. Together we can identify the causes of over-eating and find the best dietary approach. As a certified nutritionist and future psychologist, I have come to realize the psychology behind weight loss. I’m committed to help people change their mindset about food and get the body they want.

- Secondly, I’m a certified nutritionist and fitness trainer. Most trainers out there are not even licensed. I have a strong educational background in nutrition and sports. Would you prefer to receive advice from the guy next door, from your hairdresser, or from a qualified expert?
- Thirdly, I came to look like this by trial-and error. I wasn’t born with a slim body. I’m not the kind of person who can eat whatever she wants without gaining weight.
- I’ve lost weight and found the best dietary approaches myself. I’ve never hired personal trainers nor did expensive treatments. With practice and experience, I’ve found the most effective workouts and weight loss plans that work for almost everyone.
- I’ve been chubby, skinny, bulky, etc before finding the key to a balanced weight. I know how it feels to be called fat. I know how people look at you. - My weight loss plans are based solely on FOOD! Real food! How many of you are willing to spend thousands of dollars on meal replacements, shakes and other products in order to lose weight? This approach doesn’t work – at least not on long term. You can’t buy weight loss products forever.
- My personal diet consists of real foods that can be found in any grocery store. And no, I won’t recommend you any hard-to-find ingredients and sophisticated foods. I believe in REAL FOOD for weight loss.
